A boat with multiple people on it is anchored near the shoreline during sunset, with the sky painted in warm hues of orange and pink, and the water reflecting the colors of the sky.

My Approach

Psychosynthesis is a way of working with the whole of who you are—not only difficulties, but also your strengths, direction, and what is still unfolding in you.

It was developed by Dr. Roberto Assagioli, drawing on depth psychology (including Freud and Jung), and understands each person as more than their past—someone in an ongoing process of becoming.

We are shaped by experience, unconscious patterns, and present circumstances, and also by a deeper sense of meaning and possibility. In our work together, I support you in staying in contact with your inner experience, especially when things feel unclear or in transition.

At times, it can feel like being the captain of a ship at sea, with different inner voices pulling in different directions. In our work, we explore these inner dynamics with curiosity, so that more clarity, integration, and inner orientation can gradually emerge.

The intention is to support you in feeling more grounded and able to move through life in a way that feels authentic and aligned for you—with a steady, reflective space alongside you in the process.
