About Me
Growing up across different cultural and emotional landscapes has shaped the way I listen and relate to people. It has given me a sensitivity to what is spoken, what is unspoken, and what sits beneath both. Over time, this naturally developed into a deeper interest in inner experience, meaning, and human change.
For much of my life, I searched outward for clarity and direction. I tried to understand myself through places, people, study, and change. Gradually, this search turned inward — not as a sudden shift, but as a slow return to something more grounded and true. Alongside this, I have been training in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy, which has given language, structure, and ethical grounding to an inner process that had already been unfolding for years.
Before this, I worked for years in global HR and talent development, supporting people through transitions, helping them recognize their strengths, and find work that felt more aligned with who they are. That experience continues to shape how I meet people today—with an awareness of both inner experience and real-life complexity.
I don’t see this work as having all the answers. I see it as sitting with people as they begin to hear themselves more clearly, sometimes for the first time in a long while, and slowly learning to trust what becomes known from within.
